Agence France Trésor (hereinafter referred to as "AFT") is the sole holder of all rights pertaining to its website (copyright, rights related to copyright, and sui generis database protection). The reuse of public information for a purpose other than AFT's original public service mandate is possible.
Such reuse, irrespective of the medium, shall be free, non-exclusive and for non-commercial purposes, and shall be subject to the conditions set out below.
Provided that the source and date of the last update is given, information may be excerpted, copied, distributed, translated and adapted – but not altered – for the purposes of being included in derivative works on any type of medium.
